EU celebrate, free Win10 ESU launched today
I'm based in the US, and I just needed to click the Enroll button on the Windows Update page and log in with my Microsoft account. OneDrive didn't turn on automatically, and nothing else changed much. Now I'm hoping for those M5 Macbook Pros to show up in the Apple refurbished store!
I didn’t give much thought to that, and I’m sure MS is watching me. I just wanted to skip the upgrade to Win11 that I don’t want—it’s heavier and doesn’t add much value. I also think there’s a chance it could ruin my dual boot setup. Still, I’ll likely move to Linux eventually, but some of my hardware won’t work well on it.
