Hello, everyone. Today I upgraded to a 300mb/s plan, and the technicians arrived to install it. However, I’m still only seeing about 100mb. I’ve noticed that my internet speed is limited to 100/100mb/s, and my speed & duplex are set to Auto Negotiation. On a 1.0Gb Full Duplex connection, it doesn’t actually connect to the internet. My cable is CAT 5e, but I do get 220mb/s through Wi-Fi on my phone. Thank you for any advice or updates.
It seems your device might only be compatible with Ethernet 100.
