It appears the system is connected to an unknown network, preventing internet access. I attempted to reinstall drivers, used netsh and ipconfig commands, but nothing resolved the issue. My other desktop works normally, so it might be related to the home group settings.

You're missing a dynamic IP assignment from the network. Check your connection, router status, or request an IP from the server. Ensure DHCP is activated via the provided link. If active, run the commands in cmd: ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew

Manually adjusted the adapter settings in the IPV4 section. Configured DHCP to 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2. The subnet mask and IP address might be incorrect, but we can proceed from there.

This may lead to IP conflicts and result in issues. Avoid taking this action. It also omits any subnet details that are not available at the moment.

You’ve activated DHCP, but there’s an issue renewing the Ethernet interface—connection failed because the DHCP server isn’t reachable. The request timed out.

It seems you're not linked to a network. Are you connecting via Wi-Fi or a wired link? If using Wi-Fi, the image you referenced doesn't display any wireless details, which could mean no wireless card is installed or it's turned off.
