I examined the situation and found it simpler to employ powerline adapters rather than proceed further.

Powerline adapters can be inconsistent, whereas mocas usually function reliably. They also tend to offer better speed than powerline options.

Compared to nearby areas, I’ve managed to enjoy a great life. Yet I’m aware of the common experience—most people around me feel they’re at or near the same level.

I recommend Power Line Adaptors for a budget-friendly Ethernet setup in your home. The data travels through your home’s electrical lines, so the condition of your wiring and its age will significantly affect performance. Generally, speeds are adequate depending on the distance between adapters, but they perform best on the same circuit. They may not deliver high speeds consistently, though this varies with your household’s power quality. Personally, my residence was built in 2010 with excellent wiring, and tests showed adaptors function well. However, I found them ineffective when using Cat6 cabling.

Not seeking powerline options since they’re not ideal. Looking instead for coax adapters.
