I attempted to duplicate a hard drive to another, but it started on the incorrect one. After restarting, it wouldn’t return. I tried jumping the power switch, but it didn’t help. The Ethernet lights are on and my phone charges via the front panel USBs. Specifications include a 3700 CPU, 6600 GPU, 2 TB SSD, M.2 PSU, 450W silver power supply, Aorus Pro AMD X570 AM4 Mini ITX motherboard.

Remove the CMOS for 10 minutes then attempt again.

I'm still confused, I've been attempting to jump the USB 2.0 header... Now it's working properly.
