Изменить параметры продвинутого адаптера для Ethernet, например для Duplex и скорости, все на русском. Я выбрал английский язык, но всё в русском языке. Уже на Windows 11 настроения выбраны по-английски, но текст остаётся на русском.

If Windows started in Russian, I’d likely remove and reapply the drivers after switching to English. Possibly selected the GUI language during installation.

You probably don’t need an Android device with a translation app. It seems Apple might offer something comparable. My experience was smooth—just point the camera at the screen and it translates instantly into English.

These values guide you to the correct folder paths in the registry, where parameters are stored. Adjust the folder names accordingly based on your system configuration.
