Hello! I understand there are knowledgeable members here who might assist. :-) I'm attempting to link my Raspberry Pi outside my local network. I opened the port and set up VNC player to use the right port, but the connection still isn't accepted. I attached a few screenshots for reference below. Could anyone review them to identify the problem? I also tried connecting to my public IP using the VNC app, but it keeps timing out. Thanks in advance for your support. UPDATE: The issue was resolved with WereCatf's help.

Additionally, I attempted to link to my public IP using the VNC application, but it returned no output except a timeout.

It seems your router's port configuration might be incorrect. The details from the images were unclear, making it hard to determine the exact issue.

Have you checked if VNC functions on the internal network?

Well, your port-mapping configuration seems fine, and since VNC operates from the internal network, it should function properly. How did you attempt the external link? Did you simply reach out to the external IP address on your internal network, or did you connect via something like a mobile data connection? Connecting from your internal network directly to the router's external IP might not be possible, as many routers/modems require proper port mapping only when accessing from an external source, such as through a 4G connection.

I don't understand, but after checking your comment, I switched between 4G and 4G again. Now it functions... Thanks for your time and assistance, the issue is resolved.
