Likely Dsfix is the setup. It lets you run at 60fps, include AO and AA, etc., but performance might suffer in some areas. It also supports HD text and textures. All these changes are available on NexusMods.

Confident in DSfix. Be aware there are some problems at 60fps. You might encounter issues where you pass through the floor or leave the playing area.
