This idea is feasible for amateur play. The tournament structure with entry fees under $30 and prizes for top three seems reasonable. However, laws regarding gaming events vary by country—check regulations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico to ensure compliance.

Against regulations? Possibly. Will anyone take action? Unlikely. Right now, I believe it’s against the rules to suggest something illegal, though I’m not certain.

It's about determining whether an action is legal or illegal.

Golf clubs focus on offering this experience to their members, including pool and darts events at local venues. This standard setup is widely accepted and not a concern.

R6TM, gamebattles, GO4 and other tournaments all offer prizes for the winner. From what I know, there are no rules against running a tournament with an entry fee. I’d reach out to a tournament organizer from R6TM or similar to find out what’s permitted and what isn’t.

Also, if this is an online tournament, let me know and I may be entering a team.

It's online now. Challenge me in Siege. If you're into semi-pro teams, there are some decent ones to check out.
