Whenever I power on, the BIOS displays a message similar to the image. With an AIO pump and no CPU fan, I'm unsure how to proceed. Assistance needed.

Is there a specific pump header on your motherboard? If yes, verify the BIOS settings to ensure it supports using that header rather than relying on the CPU header.

They connect to the CPU fan header, not the case fan header.

On my AIO the NZXT Kraken Elite 360 includes a fan splitter for three units, so I don’t need to connect it elsewhere. These aren’t attached as chassis fans or CPU fans; I could simply plug one into the CPU fan header. Edited February 1, 2024 by Doggy_Dieter

Find the "CPU Fan Speed Power Limit" option and choose to disregard it. (This matches the message on the error screen.)
