I recently purchased a 2TB M.2 SSD and am confident it functions properly (I placed it in the M2_1 port to verify). However, it doesn’t appear in the M2_2 slot in my BIOS. I’ve checked numerous online resources, but most recommend toggling specific settings or adjusting options. I suspect the second slot might be disabled, though I don’t have access to those settings. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to specify the motherboard and storage device you're using to discuss it.

Check the board specifications and drive type. Does the second slot accept NVME or is it limited to SATA?
