Yes, it looks like the CPU RAM controller might be the issue. I noticed similar problems in xeons and reviewed a video about the symptoms.

I attempted that too. I plan to use a new CPU. Does that sound like a good idea? It appears to be the most sensible choice.

Your ECC REG isn't functioning properly, while ECC-Unbuffered works without issues. It seems the problem might be related to a faulty CPU or RAM stick. The ECC-Unbuffered is currently the only one that operates correctly. You could consider replacing more memory if needed.
