During the setup or connection process on my PS4, it displays a message indicating NAT TYPE FAILED. This has never occurred before, and I’m unsure why it’s happening now. I attempted to connect using another Wi-Fi network (a cellular hotspot), which worked perfectly. It seems this issue is specific to my local Wi-Fi connection. Please assist!

Connect to your Wi-Fi router and verify that NAT is enabled. Restarting the router could also be beneficial if it requires it.

Connect to your home router and verify UPnP is active. Can you tell me how to reach your router’s web interface?

How do I do this? It should be active since it's been functioning well for years. Just so it works today.

Try restarting the router first. You can usually do this through the web interface or simply unplug it, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in.

That doesn’t seem to function. What might have caused this change? It operated smoothly before, but now it’s not working properly.

It appears the system is trying to get the IP address but NAT type is not working.
