Hey there, I see you're really stuck. You've had issues with your PC like being inaccessible, network problems, and trouble installing programs. You've tried restoring, formatting, reinstalling Windows 8, and even after updates the setup keeps failing. Once you revert changes, the errors return but the hardware looks okay. What could be going on?

It's a Pentium G2030, 4gb RAM and a 1TB barracuda. It's a pre build from Dell. Inspiron Desktop 660 MT : BTX base.
