Good morning, I'm preparing for the second mission. During the scene where Arthur and Javier ride a horse, the unknown error ffff appeared. I adjusted the graphic settings and touched something in the shadows; when I left it in default, the error stopped. Later, while adjusting configurations to optimize the game, I encountered the same issue again. I chose to leave everything in default for now. I'm not getting any errors yet, but I'd like to fix this so I can improve the game a bit. I hope you can help me. I don't understand why this error happens.

Please provide FULL PC Specs. Complete with full details. Do you have the game on STEAM ? If yes, then first try to verify the integrity of the game cache files.
Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files (steampowered.com)
Also, what graphic settings are you using ?
If using VULKAN, try changing the API to DirectX12 in the graphic settings. Vulkan may sometimes have serious memory leak issues and the error here seems to have something to do with the graphic memory filling up.
But without knowing your system specs, it's hard to come to any conclusion. How much VRAM amount is there on your GPU ?

System specifications must always include any relevant driver, hardware, or performance details. Avoid using DxDiag reports as they provide excessive, unhelpful data. Posting a DxDiag instead of a full system spec can discourage others from contributing.

Please share the following information:
- CPU make and model (including clock speed, voltage, cooler type, and core temperature metrics)
- Motherboard make and model (with BIOS version if needed)
- RAM details (quantity, speed, kit model, configuration)
- Graphics card specifications (clock speed, voltage, driver version, temperatures)
- Power supply information (make, model, voltage type, age)
- Storage setup (Raid, backup drives, OS drive, etc.)
- Case/Chassis make and model (fan type, model, thermal considerations)
- Operating System details (Windows framework and service pack version)
- Monitor specifications (make, model, resolution if unknown)
*For laptops or all-in-one devices, include the unit’s make and model. Always use OEM drivers.*
*If experiencing issues:
- Describe the crash type in detail
- Note when performance dropped (update, BIOS, driver, etc.)
- Disable antivirus/malware checks for diagnostics*

Have you attempted to modify the API in this game as discussed? Consider reducing certain graphics settings, even though your GPU has 3GB of VRAM. The game's minimum requirement is 3GB.

Despite downloading numerous items, the issue persists even after adjusting settings. The integrated graphics on the Ryzen 5600G didn’t resolve the problem, so it remains unresolved. I hope someone can help me find a solution.
