Just set up the benchmark and ran it, but I kept getting strange errors about things that shouldn’t bother me. The log shows the paths look fine, though the unigine.cfg file is missing. I switched the default installation location because the SSD drive is mostly used for the operating system. I’m also seeing different problems when launching from the shortcut or from heaven.exe inside the bin folder. The program says it can’t open browser_x86.exe even though it’s in the folder. I made an empty text file, renamed it unigine.cfg, and ensured the whole directory was unprotected, but it still didn’t work. What could be going wrong? S.

The system has restrictions that prevent a simple reinstallation.

I tried again before, but it didn’t help. Now I reinstalled it a third time and it’s working. Odd. It feels strange, so keep going—nothing to worry about... Man, I’m starting to think I’m a bit silly. S.

Haha, everything seems fine. Could be corruption during the initial installations.

You're experiencing the same problem again. I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, but it still doesn't appear. Would you like me to request the file for manual upload? You're using the latest version from Unigine's site.

This thread isn’t meant to be interrupted unless you want it to be. I’ve been dealing with the same problem multiple times—whether I reinstalled or not—it kept showing up with the same error. The fix was creating a desktop shortcut (possibly the Start menu one) and launching it from there. The Valley.exe in the bin folder still doesn’t work, but the shortcut functioned without issues.

I think it is because most are trying to run the Heaven.exe file in bin. It's an easy mistake to make. However, the program runs from the primary folder through heaven.bat. It may also be worth noting here that Windows 10 does not appear to be adding this to the start menu. Admittedly, I have encountered that with a lot of programs including MS Office software.
