Sorry about the location, I'm just getting started here. After updating to the new 1709 Fall Creators Windows update, the next day I tried clicking the Windows logo, pressing the Windows key, or right-clicking and searching—nothing worked. When I restart Windows Explorer in Task Manager, the Start menu appears for about 30 seconds before disappearing again. If you know of a solution, it would be really helpful.
