Error screen remains after turning on D.O.C.P.
I resolved my PC yesterday by replacing the parts and it functioned perfectly. The RAM runs at 2133MHz, but it can reach up to 3200MHz. However, whenever I switch on D.O.C.P or adjust the frequency, it toggles on and off several times before showing an error screen saying "the system has POSTed in safe mode." This might be because a previous POST attempt failed due to instability, or the power button was used to force shutdown. If changes to UEFI settings caused a POST failure, you may want to restore stable settings. Press F1 to Run SETUP.
If I were you, after confirming the BIOS is updated, I’d try one RAM stick at a time across all slots, ensuring DOCP is active, to check compatibility in any configuration. Success with both would suggest the RAM works, but failure could point to motherboard or CPU issues.
I faced the same issue before. I switched on DOCP, lowered the speed from 3200 to 3000, and it resolved the problem. I didn’t want to wait for a replacement. =P
