3466 won't be fast enough to notice changes during games or everyday activities. Focus on improving your timing at the highest stable frequency. That will get you there.

Operating at 3533mhz works well with the standard voltage setting. Raising it to 3600mhz isn't recommended unless we adjust the power supply. A modest increase of a few volts should be feasible. What adjustment would you consider?

Check SOC voltage up to 1.2v. Consider loosening Trc and Trfc a bit. AMD prefers a slightly relaxed setting.

they are 2 different things, 1.35-1.45v for the dram and 1.1-1.15v for the soc. There's a very small chance that the imc just wont run 3600, in that case, stick with 3466 and tighten timings a bit.
