I own an Acer Predator Helios 300 or PH315-52 with an RTX 2060, i7 9750H processor, and a 500 GB SSD. I purchased it in April 2020 and began experiencing issues in August. Games would crash, causing a blue screen that would force a rapid restart, making it nearly impossible to diagnose the problem. After some time, the crashes stopped temporarily, but now I’m repeatedly encountering the same errors. I’ve checked my drivers, memory, and there’s no virus detected. I’m from Portugal and still have the warranty for one year and two months. If you could assist, it would be great!

Windows maintains a directory for the %SystemRoot% Minidump folder. It assists in locating these files and adjusting settings when they aren’t properly configured, as Windows may sometimes misplace them.
Não encontrei arquivos de dump de memória no diretório Windows. Desculpe por ter usado português e não o idioma original. Talvez você possa ver o que está escrito, mas está na seção de Memória Automática.
Staying current with drivers is always beneficial. Disable the automatic reboot option on your screen capture settings; this lets Windows generate the necessary dump file. Also, switch memory dump files from "automatic" to "small memory dump," directing them to C:\windows\minidump. With the system not rebooting automatically until the files are saved, we can clearly view the contents.
