Hello everyone. I’m dealing with a significant problem that has never happened before in my 12 years of PC building. Usually, fresh Windows installations go smoothly for me, but this time I’ve faced random BSODs after multiple reinstalls. Prior to this, my system performed perfectly—running gaming, video editing, and audio production without any trouble. Here are my system details:

- Motherboard: Gigabyte Xtreme X570 (rev 1.1)
- BIOS: F38
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950x
- RAM: 64 GB DDR4 (32x2)
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti
- SSD: 2TB Gigabyte M.2 (PCIe Gen4)
- Additional hardware: Blacknagic capture card, USB-C capture card, PCIe 4 port, Windows 11 Pro

I recently purchased this setup a few months ago and tested it thoroughly with MemTest86. No errors or warnings appeared. My installation process remains identical to what I used before, yet the crashes keep appearing after every attempt. I’ve tried reinstalling Windows 11 three times, suspecting a dual-boot or Linux setup issue, but nothing has changed.

Recently, I created a fresh Windows 11 USB drive and followed the same steps as before. Still, I encounter BSODs right after each install. I’m unsure if the build number is correct since I’m not at my computer right now, but it’s whatever the latest version the Windows installer suggests.

My RAM is brand new, and I haven’t experienced any problems during testing. I’m worried about the SSD—though it’s only 4 years old, I’m not sure how to verify its health. The system boots normally for a short time before crashing, but sometimes it hangs or restarts without rebooting.

I also faced issues after installing Corsair iCue for my LED lights and hardware, which forced me into safe mode. When I returned to normal boot, the crashes resumed. I’m not sure how to access crash logs or diagnostics since this is my first time dealing with them.

I’m running a lot of resource-heavy tasks, which might be contributing to the instability. I’m seeking advice on how to troubleshoot these problems and prevent future crashes. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

These are the sole stop codes and error messages I've encountered during this situation. The explorer error appeared a few times but didn't return. Other errors also showed up occasionally, with similar codes.

Update: If anyone finds this thread with a comparable problem, I'm highly likely the SSD in my system has failed after five years. Whenever I attempted to install a 40GB sound library for a drum software used in music production, it would crash. I replaced the SSD with a new one and reinstalled Windows. All my apps, including the large Drum sound library, have worked without issues. If anyone reads this and knows the best way to test the faulty drive to confirm it's failing, that would be helpful. I believe it remains under warranty as well.
