Hello everyone! Over the past two weeks my PC has been experiencing several crashes. The most recent issue was a Memory Management Error. I ran the memory diagnostic tool from Windows 10, which indicated a hardware problem with my RAM. My question is: what should I do next? Should I reach out to G.Skill for the RAM manufacturer? Please let me know if anyone can assist. My setup details: CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900x, GPU - Asus Rog Strix 2080 Ti, Motherboard - Asus Rog Strix X570 e-Gaming, RAM - G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB, DDR4-3600, CL16-19-19-39, PSU - be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 750W, BIOS version 2407.

If your memory has issues, the warranty will handle them.

Ensure xmp/docp is turned off before running memtest or memory diagnostic.

I changed the configuration from docp to auto, but the issue remains unchanged.

Thanks for the answer. If nothing helps on the software side I will definetly contact the company.

The highest supported memory speed for your Ryzen cpu memory controller is 3200mhz. Anything past this frequency is an overclock, therefore 3600mhz is not a guarantee on your system. There's nothing wrong with the ram you have. You are fighting the board and cpu memory controller.

I adjusted the RAM speed to 3200 MHz, but a close friend who shares the same motherboard and RAM as me has a Ryzen 7 3700X and his setup runs smoothly at 3600 MHz. The issue didn’t appear from the start. It seems it began after I installed new drivers (chipset, BIOS, etc.).

Maybe he uses a more efficient memory controller in his CPU. That's true.

The issue was resolved by addressing a hardware problem with one of the RAMs. I contacted the company, and they will replace it with a new unit.
