He received his 3070 after it began behaving oddly. The game kept freezing, and he didn’t update his drivers. I investigated further. Everyone is fully satisfied, and when I attempt a manual install or use Nvidia tools, the process finishes. Restarting the PC doesn’t fix things—drivers remain missing and the system still uses my built-in graphics. I’ve tried uninstalling via Device Manager, removing the device, using an NVidia clean wipe during installation, and even ran DDU to reinstall drivers, but nothing worked. The display is functioning, and the HDMI cable connects to the GPU instead of the motherboard. Any suggestions to resolve this?

To achieve this, follow these actions:
1. Prepare your system by backing up important data.
2. Perform a clean installation of the drivers.
3. Consider clearing existing NVidia files and drivers beforehand.
4. Ensure you have the latest drivers compatible with your hardware.
These steps help avoid conflicts and improve performance.

It looks like you're encountering an issue where the GPU is required for driver installation.

The device is struggling to recognize the card during the firmware update process. Check the system logs for more details.
