I’d really appreciate your assistance here. My Asus B450 E motherboard has white LEDs illuminating all components—keyboard, GPU, fans, etc.—but the system won’t boot. If you can, please let me know what I’ve done so far: removed the CPU, reinstalled the CMOS battery, and tried running with just one RAM stick. Unfortunately, since it lacks integrated graphics, I’m unsure if the problem is with the GPU. I attempted some basic overclocking before this issue occurred, following the recommended BIOS settings. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

When you reseated you CMOS battery, for how long did you leave it disconnected? I have had a motherboard where reseating the CMOS battery is not enough, I had to wait for a few minutes (could have been 10+, I can't remember) with the battery disconnected for the settings to reset. Another option is to use the clear CMOS header, item 12 on page 17 of your motherboard's manual which resets the setup parameters immediately. I've also noticed that if there is no display connected to the GPU, I obviously have no display but I can hear the Windows power on sound but the VGA (white) LED on my motherboard stays lit as if there is a problem with the GPU. So I would suggest double checking that everything is connected and perhaps connecting speakers in case something is actually wrong with the GPU.
