Hey, I see you're having some issues with your gaming PC. The BSOD keeps looping and the CPU fans error pops up every time you try to restart. The cougar CPU cooler is linked to the CPU fan header. After the crash screen appears, it looks like the issue stems from a corrupted hibernation file during a restart. Try pressing F8 to boot into safe mode, and disable Fastboot and hibernation settings overall.
