Error occurs during SSD write operations.
OS - Windows 11 Arch - x64 Initially set up - Unknown source, purchased used version. System age - approximately four years. OS was reinstalled on 19-Nov-2023 after a reset. The latest release was downloaded and applied successfully (Version 22H2, Build 22621.2715). CPU: AMD Threadripper 3960x. Graphics: MSI GeForce RTX 3070 Ti VENTUS 3X 8G OC. Motherboard: TRX40 Designare (BIOS v6). Power supply: Corsair RM850x, 850W. Manufacturer? Gigabyte or AMD? Exact model? Type - Desktop Power Mode - AMD Performance. Storage: SSD – Force MP600. The dump file wasn’t generated; I retrieved logs from Event Viewer and shared a link. I also uploaded photos of the SSD. This setup is straightforward for me to recreate. When I run CrystalDiskMark and test the SSD, it triggers a BSOD. FurMark and Cinebench 2024 showed stable temps (95°C CPU, 75°C GPU) for about an hour. Ten seconds into CrystalDiskMark...BSOD occurred immediately. I can’t even download files faster than 15MBps. What’s causing this? Thanks ahead.
Hey, drive problems might lead to that BSOD—make sure all connections are secure and consult the manufacturer of your SSD about the latest firmware updates.
The examples indicate it's unable to generate the dump file, often due to storage problems. Other causes might include a damaged disk, insufficient page file size, or lack of available space. Check if the BSOD displays "WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error." If so, examine the crash details. If the system remains unresponsive during the BSOD, skip this part and follow the recommended guide. For manual reboot, press the power button. To modify crash information shown on the BSOD screen, edit the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl, add a DWORD value named "DisplayParameters" with a value of 1, and save changes. Reboot to apply. Afterward, the next BSOD should include these additional details in the top-left corner.
