Hi everyone, my setup is an Alienware m15 r4 with the i9 10980hk and RTX 3080. It started with Windows 11 but switched to Windows 10 about two months ago after persistent blue screens. I have the newest NVIDIA drivers and use ddu for updates. The problem I face is that when connecting or disconnecting an external monitor, the screen works until I interact with something, then it crashes with a blue screen labeled "video tdr fail nlddmkm." After reviewing events post-crash, the bug check shows code 0x00000116 and it’s generating DMP files. Thanks in advance for any assistance, Jack.

I discovered an article offering limited choices for your code.

Please share the files, and I'll review them to help identify the issue causing the crash.

Thanks for the proposal, it won’t allow me to include them since they’re too large. I’ve uploaded them to Google Drive here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...sp=sharing. Thanks, Jack.

It seems there was only one instance. Usually smaller crash files are found in C:\windows\minidump. Those logs can be helpful if you adjust Windows to just produce them. You can read more here: https://www.windows10forums.com/articles...ows-10.50/
