Recently upgraded most of my PC and am facing a bsod error when launching Europa Universalis V, either right away or when reaching the menu. This issue hasn’t occurred in other games I’ve played, such as BF6 and Helldivers 2, even during full matches. My current hardware includes a Ryzen 7800x3d, a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX motherboard, two 16GB 6000MHz DDR5 RAM sticks, and an M.2 drive. I’ve installed EUV on both the M.2 slot and left it off, but still keep my previous 3080 10GB GPU running. Both my BIOS and graphics drivers are up to date. I’m struggling to identify the cause, having tried deleting local data, changing launch settings, and reinstalling. Dump file available.

CPU cooler: cooler master fan cooler
Motherboard: gigabyte b650 Aorus Elite ax
Ram: crucial 6000mhz ddr5 2x16
SSD/HDD: boot drive is a 250 sata SSD, two extra 500 sata SSDs, a 4tb sata SSD, and a 2tb m.2
GPU: 3080 10gb
PSU: exact model to come but likely 850W Corsair, about two years old. Purchased with the 3080
Chassis: OS is windows 11
Monitor: HP omen 4k 144hz
Just that, along with the case and monitors.

You can play BF6 & HD2 - no problems, but not EUV...so, i kinda blame EUV. There is the reddit.com/r/EU5/ subreddit, which may have some good advice too.
One thread i'm seeing, OP says -"6 crashes, 3 full pc freezes and black screens... Never seen this before"

You can play BF6 & HD2 - no problems, but not EUV...so, i kinda blame EUV. There is the reddit.com/r/EU5/ subreddit, which may have some good advice too.
