Error occurred with video file for HP Spectre x360 device.
So my work received a brand new HP Spectre to use. Overall, it’s been a fairly reliable laptop, though it frequently triggers a BSOD for [VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR]. I've spent several days trying fixes and still can't pinpoint the cause. I've checked the most common solutions from both the BSOD messages and online discussions.
For context, my role is in IT, and I'm just seeking additional guidance.

Troubleshooting steps completed so far:
- Verified all Windows updates (including a preview update).
- Reinstalled arc drivers and CPU/GPU drivers from scratch.
- Removed and reinstalled display drivers.
- Performed BIOS and firmware updates.
- Ran Safe Boot, DISM, and CMD commands – no errors found.
I haven’t done a full system image yet, hoping this won’t be necessary. Interestingly, I haven’t encountered any problems while writing this post—dump.txt attached.

Added clarification
You're attempting to resolve the issue on your own rather than relying on your IT team or HP support. For a new system, they should be able to fix or replace it without difficulty. Don't let BSOD concerns hold you back.
