I don’t understand, I got it from Amazon already extracted. I looked for some software that could assist with special extraction, but if you could suggest a few, it would be helpful. Universal USB Installer seems like a good option I found.

I like Rufus. It works once you get the hang of it.

Also, when the checksum confirms, you can switch to Universal USB Installer instead of using Rufus.

The checksum verification? Unless you've already used Rufus and it didn't succeed, you can't claim it isn't functioning. At this point though, the Windows.ISO file isn't loading onto that USB drive for your specific build, so trying Rufus again with another flash drive might help. If Rufus was used during installation, the installer might not have applied the correct settings for your system. You're running UEFI-BIOS, which could mean Rufus wasn't set up to boot from that USB. I can walk you through the settings that worked on most machines I've used it on. But first—have you tried pressing F10 to manually force a BIOS boot to the USB? Sometimes you'll notice multiple USB entries, one for BIOS and another for UEFI. Both point to the same physical drive but use different boot procedures. One is compatible with older hardware, the other with the newer UEFI standard. These choices aren't always shown in the BIOS menu during startup.
