It seems the issue is mainly about restricted airflow rather than faulty fans. I’ll need to completely rearrange the setup. Mounting the motherboard on the RHS wall could help, and I might be able to create fresh openings for a second group of 120s.

Don't overlook fan adjustments, as they're not ideal for gaming setups. This is the safest option to maintain stability.
