I'm working on updating my bios to accommodate the new Ryzen 3000 CPUs. I've downloaded the appropriate bios from the ASRock website for my motherboard and attempted an instant flash. The USB port isn't a USB 3.0 port—it's USB 2.0—and I've tested several USB sticks without success. No image file appears to be found. Please help quickly.

Extract the files from the downloaded package and paste them into a memory card formatted with fat32. Check the AsRock website for any instructions—maybe additional steps are needed.

I received the same notice recently... I wasn't sure what it meant until I realized I was attempting a Z370 BIOS update instead of an H370. Since Asrock's boards all seem nearly identical, their product pages look almost the same too—I made this error despite having assembled PCs for more than ten years. Could this be the cause?

I noticed the issue with the incorrect motherboard. I switched to the right one, but the system keeps showing "no image found."
