Your PC is showing a strange bluescreen behavior now. Before, all three monitors were working normally with Discord, games, etc. After the issue started, the main display froze and blurred into a background blur, while other monitors stayed frozen. The error message reads "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR." It seems like a hardware problem, but the latest fix suggestions only mention updating Windows. This situation is confusing—please let me know if you need further guidance.
Ryzen 9 5900x paired with RX 3060 and RTX 3060 graphics, 2x16GB Corsair RAM, Corsair 600W PSU (or 650W), Coolermaster ML120 liquid cooler with two fans, four case fans, 8TB HDD as boot drive (remembering the Windows setup mix-up), and two TB M.2 drives.
Ok i have a few queries because this is the part im not very experienced with. motherboard bios: how would i update that or find out if it is up to date AMD chipset drivers: would i find those on the amd website? And how do i check to see if it is up to date also? latest gpu firmware: correct me if i am wrong but i am guessing that you mean the drivers on the card and yes they are up to date thats the one thing i regularly do RAM running XMP: i am not sure what xmp is. Can you tell me what to do to get it and what it is? disable multiplane overlay: i am also not sure what this is. can you tell me what this does and how to do this? sorry if this is a lot but i should also mention that along with these bluescreens my pc has also been randomly just restarting, but not actually restarting, it shuts off then straight back on like i held the power button and then pressed it again. Will happen randomly in the middle of doing anything but it is easily replicated when i play halo:MCC i would greatly appreciate the help if you have the time to respond to this.
Bios? You can verify using CPU-Z. Look for the newest release on your motherboard's website and compare it to your current model. If it's newer, consult the board's manual for flashing instructions and follow the guide. Chipset drivers? Available on AMD's site. In Device Manager, check each chipset component, but for download sources you're missing the latest. GPU firmware? It's the vBios, the graphics card's BIOS. It's part of the drivers themselves. Update checks can be done on the graphics card's webpage. XMP? Intel's feature letting you adjust memory speeds via profiles. If RAM is 3200, JEDEC standards suggest 2133 or 2400; enable XMP in the BIOS (Asus calls it DOCP). MPO? I'm getting tired, maybe try a simple search engine like Google.
