Recently I’ve encountered this problem, followed by a crash every time my system is under pressure (usually during gaming sessions). I turned off all overclocking—though my i5-7400 has a default speed boost that’s hard to adjust. I replaced the power supply with a 700W unit, which seemed to fix things for a while before another crash occurred. I ran a fresh Windows installation, which worked temporarily for a day or so until another BSOD appeared. Now I’m experiencing random errors, like when I wrote this on my phone while the PC was idle. My specs are i5-7400 RX 580 with 8GB RAM and 16GB memory.

this error always pops up when system is unstable during CPU or memory overclocking, so I suppose the CPU is not receiving enough voltage for the frequency it runs at. Need more info though
