Hello. I own a recent computer that frequently displays blue screens and errors. The drivers I downloaded from the Gigabyte website aren’t working properly, which makes it hard to identify the issue. Even after a fresh setup, the problem persists. My system details are: OS – Windows 7 Home Premium x64, Motherboard – Gigabyte H97N-WIFI, CPU – Intel i7-4790k, Graphics – Gigabyte GTX 970, SSD – Crucial 250GB. Despite changing settings to a smaller memory dump, I still can’t capture minidumps or bluescreen files. I found a link here that might help: https://mega.nz/#!zZMglTCQ!m8TcVbkbrzP-m...na-wTb76xw. Please let me know if this assists. Thank you.

The data represents a hexadecimal string encoding. It appears to be a sequence of bytes and addresses in a specific format.

The crash screen is very unclear. It usually indicates a problem with the system's components. This could involve your memory, storage drive, defective processor (have you increased its speed? If yes, undo the change), incorrect BIOS/UEFI configurations, and possibly faulty drivers.

I thought the same thing. It seems the minidumps aren't being saved even though I set it up correctly. I'm not sure what else to try. I didn't change the overclock settings, and I also experienced a blue screen yesterday without any minidump files.

I don’t understand the reason. My thought is it functions, but it fails because of storage problems or the device’s controller. That seems likely.

You can enable minidumps by adjusting system settings or using software tools that log application performance. Check your OS documentation for specific instructions.
