Hey, I’ve noticed a recurring 40-second black screen when launching my Windows 8.1 system. I assumed it was a graphics card issue, but after trying everything—GPU-related checks—I’m still stuck. I just ran a bootlog now, and most things look fine except for one file not loading: BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED. SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys. This error appears four times in the bootlog, which makes me think it’s connected to the problem. I’m trying to figure out a fix but can’t seem to find the right solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
