Try 2993 instead of 3000. Use manual voltage at 1.4v. Auto-set all timings.

Ensure your memory modules are placed in slots DIMM_A2 and DIMM_B2. Avoid using DOCP with slots DIMM_A1 and DIMM_B1 for stability. Refer to pages 1-5 of your manual for slot layout diagrams. If the issue persists, note that your memory kit isn't registered in the motherboard's Memory QVL.
