I need to set up Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation on my computer. There seems to be an issue with the .iso file or the device drivers. After downloading xxxxxxxxxxxxx.ISO.part I tried to mount it on my USB drive using Windows 7 USB/DVD Downloader Tool. No matter how I try, the tool can't locate the file and says it's not a valid .iso. Later I used Rufus, which successfully mounted the 3gb file onto my USB drive. Once I booted into the USB, I reached the installation screen. Thinking everything is resolved, I was informed that the device drive with media couldn't be found and asked to insert a CD/USB. Is there any solution to this?

If the file ends with a .part extension, it indicates it's still incomplete based on what I understand.
