Good day,
The PC crashes regardless of load. Sometimes it shows a blue screen and restarts, or it just restarts directly. In both cases, AMD reports encountering a problem and resets to default settings.
I bought this system from Gaming.gen(a prebuild seller) exactly 2 years and 4 months ago(all part are 2 year 4 month old of usage including PSU), and I know their technical service is inadequate and unresponsive (I'm saying this based on prior experience with them). I have no idea what to do anymore and feel like I’ve tried everything.

What I've done:
I ran RAM tests both via Windows and as recommended one (I believe it’s called MemTest). It passed with no issues at first. Later, when I ran it again, Windows’ version froze at 99% and crashed. Then the Windows file repair system kicked in and fixed corrupted files. However, MemTest still showed no errors the same day.
I ran every kind of GPU and CPU stress test for at least 1 hour (OCCT, FurMark, 3DMark, etc.). I saw no crashes, blue screens, or graphical artifacts during these tests.
I updated the BIOS — the issue persists.
I used DDU to try multiple graphics drivers — no change. I also updated the chipset drivers — no change.
I set the RAM back to its default speed (2668 MHz) — issue still continues.
I ran system file repair commands (like sfc /scannow) as administrator in the terminal. Sometimes it did detect and repair corrupted files, but the crashes continued.
What should I do?
I've been experiencing at least 2 crashes per month for the last 6 months. I'm out of ideas.

Please send us the .dmp files so we can examine them. You should upload them to a service similar to DropBox and share the link with us.

I’m wondering if using a motherboard lacking a suitable VRM design is appropriate, especially since the Ryzen 5000 series are power-hungry and strain the VRM.

Your problem seems to appear only during idle states, which suggests the OS might be the culprit. Have you adjusted the power plan in your operating system to power-saving or high-performance mode?

Have you attempted reinstalling the OS onto a spare drive, after creating a bootable Windows 11 USB installer in offline mode?

Also, is your GPU running at an undervolt setting?

Hi, I already have them on Google Drive (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qjoZACt...sp=sharing). Can you check if they are accessible there? This motherboard and all other components were prebuilt, so I couldn't replace any parts. I'm not sure what VRM is, but if that was the cause, it shouldn't happen when I first got the PC two years ago. I only experience this kind of crash on 12th and 19th of 2024. The problem occurs even without idling but can happen under any load. The power plan is set to high power. I don't have a spare drive. It would crash even without undervolting.

You can capture images and share them using the provided imgur link. Begin by accessing Reliability History/Monitor with Day View and record screenshots of the periods with the highest number of crashes—errors, warnings, and informational events.

There is a significant mix of mistakes and inconsistencies.
For most cases, I treat multiple errors and different types of errors as indicators of a weakening or failing PSU.
Or general power issues.
As mentioned, please share the dump files—they might assist in identifying any corrupted or problematic applications.
= = = =
Turn off the system, unplug it, and open the case.
Remove dust and debris carefully.
Check visually and by touch that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are securely installed.
Use a bright flashlight to look for any signs of damage.
Execute "dism" and "sfc /scannow" (you’ve run the latter before).
Look for any additional problem files and see if they can be resolved.
It’s possible a file is fixed but later becomes corrupted again.
Monitor the log files for new entries and review their details.
I’ll leave the discussion about Game Bar and Easy Anti-Cheat to the gaming community. These apps seem to be involved—consider uninstalling them, testing without them, then reinstalling one at a time with intervals between installs.

The dump files are available in the post if you check; it will be great since I’m not sure about reading mini-dump files (like I don’t understand what errors mean in Windbg). I plan to clean them up soon with a friend because I might break or harm the PC. (To be honest, I bought a prebuilt version due to that.)

Today I checked the GPU and the power cables are in good condition—no burn marks or damage detected. The RAM looks fine.

I couldn’t spot any visible damage.
The CMD command sometimes shows a crash and fixes it, but I don’t know why.
My issue is that I can’t play online games without an easy anti-cheat system in place.

I once owned that mobile. After two years, it began facing issues due to its lower quality in the bottom tier, though at the time I had a very tight budget.

Hi, thank you for your message. Could you provide some examples of issues you're experiencing? I'm trying to understand what's going on with the random restarts and the minidump results.
