Hi, I've noticed the Windows Task Manager sometimes showing wrong CPU clock speeds when the system is lightly loaded. This only happens during low usage and I'm trying to understand what's causing it. I've enabled PBO on my motherboard and experimented with different BIOS modes, including undervolting (increasing core clock by 200MHz and raising PBO to 10x). It seems the telemetry signals might not be getting enough voltage because of these undervolts. After turning PBO off in BIOS, the problem still exists but only when load increases above about 10%. I've searched online but haven't found any similar reports. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. Could anyone help explain what might be going on or suggest a solution? Thanks.

I'm using a high-performance power scheme in Windows. Let me know if you need more details!

I've been running AMD Ryzen Balanced but tried AMD Ryzen High Performance without success. After reinstalling Windows, the problem disappeared. It seems the issue might be limited to Ryzen power plans. I plan to conduct further tests. Edit 2: Solution - Ryzen Power Plans are no longer supported on newer processors; it's advised to use the default Windows power plans as the latest chipset drivers are built for them.
