It may not be in that spot. You could attempt the directory C:\Windows, though the scan will be slower (time varies with the hard drive speed). It could appear as if it's available, but you might see more unwanted hits. I ran it on my PC and got "System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nvmoi.inf_amd64_d19b99b84b6175a8\nvlddmkm.sys". The file vlddmkm.sys is the Nvidia driver, so it should match your system.

It really adds sense to struggle with the NVIDIA driver. I ran stress tests and benchmarks like OCCT and 3DMark without issues, including VRAM and 3D adaptive checks from 3DMark, Nomad and Firestrike. So... possibly a strange issue involving Discord overlay, hardware acceleration, and NVIDIA drivers on the 50 series. I also have another rig with a 4070Ti Super and 7800X3D; if it happens again, maybe just swap GPUs and test. I’m considering a fresh Windows install too.
