I shared this in the HDD area. It seems it might fit better there. Anyone have any ideas on resolving this? The external HDD isn't reachable, and k:/ isn't accessible.

It relies on how you handled the HDD. Could be you forgot to unlock it?

It's your friend's old hard drive, but it won't let me view the files. We have some photos there that are important, and she doesn't back them up.
