(i’m going to try some troubleshooting or even check the keyboard for loose connections and fix it if needed)
the computer i was using for testing the keyboard runs Windows 10 version 19044, while my own has 19042. i plan to upgrade and check the results.
I checked the keyboard and noticed a loose pin connector attached to the chord. It was connected and making contact, but it might not be functioning properly for a reason. I didn’t need to solder anything—just took out the clip and put it back. Applied some electrical tape to prevent this from happening again. I’m hoping it works now without any errors. I’ll try using it for a while and will update you on the progress.
