I see a virus attempting to open a VBScript file, probably harmful, possibly missing or misplaced. Perform a scan using Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, etc.

Review the Startup section in either msconfig or Task Manager to verify if the script is set to execute at boot. Not ideal.

It isn't set to launch at startup. Also, if I close the script and shut down the host window, it will reappear every five minutes.
