Hello. When starting the game my computer turned blue and showed the error code MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. I attempted to restart it several times but couldn't get a response, even with Chrome not working. I tried resetting the device to its original settings, yet when trying to install Windows the error reappeared and the system shut down. Recently I added more RAM, removed it, but the issue persisted. Upon closer examination of the motherboard, I noticed a VGA error indicated by debug LEDs. I don’t know how to resolve this and it’s the only machine I use for schoolwork. If anyone could assist in troubleshooting, I’d really appreciate it.

Your system details:
- Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
- Motherboard: MSI Mag X570 Tomahawk Wi-Fi
- RAM: 32 GB DDR4 3600 Corsair Vengeance Pro
- Storage: 500 GB SSD

Check for Ram issues by restarting with minimal memory. Perform a CMOS reset before rebooting. Clarify the RAM upgrade: did you replace one stick with another, or add multiple smaller sticks? Confirm the original RAM type and whether you upgraded to a higher capacity.

A CMOS reset clears the system's power-on settings. Your setup includes two 8GB DDR4 3600 modules and two additional 8GB sticks, all from the same brand and speed. Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3600 is ready for use.

Performing a CMOS reset involves disconnecting the power supply and removing the circular battery from the motherboard for a short period. This process performs a hard reset of the BIOS and resets all BIOS settings. It’s an initial step to take whenever issues arise. Even RAM modules that match in type, model, and speed can still cause problems. As I mentioned, try using one stick with a CMOS reset and observe if the issues persist; if not, ensure you’re pairing matching RAM sticks by their serial numbers. Pairs typically have a unique number at the end, arranged sequentially.
