Hi, I just installed Red Giant For After Effects and encountered the "ERROR OPENING THE FILE" message. I checked the screen for any issues and resolved it. Let me know if you need further help!

The issue happens every 10 minutes, it doesn't matter whether I'm using After Effects or another program.

Sure, I got it. It seems your storage could be damaged or corrupted. Have you tried restarting the system yet?

I suggest you reinstall Windows or use CCleaner, a free tool for cleaning the registry.
