I performed the cleanup on an installed Windows 10 system while the internet was unavailable. After reconnecting, I downloaded updates but received a red exclamation mark that disappeared after restarting. Troubleshooting showed no issues with sfc /scannow. Is this an actual issue? If yes, what steps should I take? Thanks ahead.

I considered trying options 2 and 3 from the provided link. It helped me before with Windows 10 or Server 2016 systems affected by corrupt WU DBs.
