hi, it is a pre build pc from pcspecialist.co.uk but i have just changed my psu to a new seasonic focus 650 and put a new rtx 2080, i had a AMD rx 480 before that but i run DDU before installing both the psu and the gpu, its has not done this since i posted this thread but also i have not updated anything, its never done it untill i installed new psu and gpu, i think im some sort of driver i am missing but not sure what one thanks

Execute DDU once more and reinstall the drivers. Should repeat occur. Otherwise, it might be an isolated incident. Windows occasionally displays unexpected BSODs that don’t recur.
