Hi, I see the issue. The GPU isn't powering on and is making a buzzing sound. No one can clarify why this is happening or what might be causing it. The GPU is an EVGA 1060 with 6GB RAM and a 6-pin power cable. All connections seem correct, but the orange light indicates a problem.

Verify the power cables on the power supply side. Also, test using the power cable highlighted in red. This prevents sending power through an unused pin to another. A few observations were made: the upper SATA data cable isn’t fully seated, and your RAM is installed in incorrect slots. Both should be moved to the correct slot. Did the graphics card function properly during initial setup, or does this appear to be a new GPU with immediate issues?

I know exactly what to say... It was because of the RAM. I swapped out the RAM slots and it fixed everything.
