Hi everyone, the issue you're facing with your Xerox printer is a known fault code. It usually indicates a problem with the exit 1 offset catch tray home position sensor. Switching off and turning it back on often resolves it, but if the error persists, it might need a replacement part from Xerox. Have you checked the sensor connections or replaced any components?

Is there an adjustable compartment you can access? It seems like a simple issue might be causing the problem. Since the exact brand isn’t clear, we can only make an educated assumption.

This high-end printer is quite costly, so if you need a component replaced, it might be best to contact Xerox directly.

Check for and clear any stuck media in the exit zone. Turn off the printer via the power button on the Control Panel. If the issue continues, reach out to Support for help.

This has already been addressed. It seems to function properly after restarting and clearing the error, though it may reappear after a few prints. Focusing on the physical sensor at this point feels relevant.
